Discover New Games and Win a Switch Lite with Numskull Presents July 2020

Today, video game publisher Numskull Games will be introducing the first of a new video showcase series: Numskull Presents. During this nine-minute event, the publisher will showcase their current line-up of previously announced games for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PS4 for the Q3 season. Though there will be no new reveals, it’s possible that Numskull will use the format to unveil new titles in the future.

In addition to the game news, there will also be an opportunity to win a Nintendo Switch Lite as well as a digital Numskull published game of your choice. The presentation will go live at 7pm BST on their YouTube channel, and we will be posting a summary of the event soon after.

Numskull Games’ PR and community Manager, Neil Flynn, had this to say:

I think people will really be surprised to see the games that we have coming to various platforms this year. While many of our top fans have seen these games before there will be others in the community who will be seeing some of these games for the first time so I am glad that we will be able to bring this entertaining and informative format to showcase some of the games that we have coming in 2020.

I am a huge Nintendo fan, hence why NintyBuzz exists. I especially love all things Zelda and Metroid. NintyBuzz was started by me back in the Summer of 2014, it started out mainly as a hobby, though the site has gradually grown, and I hope it grows for many years to come!

It’s the perfect time to build up our expectations with some pipe dream predictions (only for them to be busted on Tuesday), so that’s what we’re going to do. Sakurai murders majority of Smash roster in Nintendo Direct (Recap)

Super Smash Bros. overlord, Masahiro Sakurai, admitted to the brutal murder of many beloved Nintendo characters in the latest Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct.

Due to the overwhelming pressure of working on the Super Smash Bros. series, Ultimate has finally pushed the famed director over the edge. More than 70 different characters were fatally injured during the final Ultimate Direct before the launch of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Many detailed information leading up to the tragedy can be read after the break. Be warned, not for the faint of heart… or for those who despise Super Smash Bros.

A New Smash Direct Approaching This Week

Following the very questionable behaviour from EVO last night, from both spectators and a specific player, Nintendo soon got the hype rolling again by announcing a brand new Nintendo Direct, one which will focus purely on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, for those who haven’t had enough smash in their lives yet. The Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Direct will air this Wednesday 8th August 2018 at 3pm BST (please look below for more timezones). We will have an embed available on Wednesday before it airs!

What will this Direct entail? Who knows, all we know is that it will focus primarily on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. If it’s anything like the Smash Wii U Direct, hopefully we may hear a couple new character reveals (remember new characters will be at a minimum according to Sakurai), and possible some info on the other modes that we get to delve into in December. Though it may not happen, it would make a lot of sense to reveal some more information on the Nintendo Switch Online service which is supposed to go live next month.

What do you hope to see in this Direct? Any characters you hope will join the roster which isn’t Waluigi? Tell us in the comments below! If you want more Smash Bros. action to keep you occupied, be sure to check out our sneak preview of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate from last week!
