New Amiibo Trailer Explains Amiibo

Yesterday, right after the Smash Bros. 50 Fact Extravaganza stream, Nintendo uploaded a brand new video detailing some of the features of the upcoming Amiibo figures. There isn’t really anything new detailed, but it is great to see them in more action. You can also check out the newly launched Amiibo website here!

What Amiibo will you be purchasing first? Tell us in the comments!

I am a huge Nintendo fan, hence why NintyBuzz exists. I especially love all things Zelda and Metroid. NintyBuzz was started by me back in the Summer of 2014, it started out mainly as a hobby, though the site has gradually grown, and I hope it grows for many years to come!

Wii U Can Support Two Gamecube Adapters

Today it was revealed via Twitter that the Wii U console can allegedly support two Gamecube Adapters. This would make sense seeing how the Wii U version of Super Smash Bros. can support up to 8 Player simultaneous matches.

This may become an issue for those who opt for the Digital Download. As each adapter requires two USB slots, using two would mean that there is no space for an external hard drive. Then again, you could always installĀ Smash Bros. on the internal drive on its own.

Nab Yourself a Free Amiibo at Toys R’ Us!

One of the many features of Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo Wii U is being able to actually own your own character trophies, in the form of NFC figures called Amiibo. Some of you may think it is a tad to pricey to purchase the game and an Amiibo at the same time, however, those of you who live in the US may be able to nab themselves a FREE Amiibo with a copy of Super Smash Bros. Wii U at Toys R’ Us!

All you need to do is to just add one copy of the game and an Amiibo of your choice into your shopping basket at the Toy R’ Us website [clicky], and hey presto, the price of the Amiibo is deducted. Though coupon masters be warned, the discount is limited to one per orderĀ and only while stocks last, you can’t stack this onto any other discount either.

What Amiibo will you choose?
