Nintendo started off the Switch Event with some crucial launch information!
The console will be launching through most European countries, USA, Canada, Australia, and Japan on the 3rd March 2017. The Nintendo Switch will also be launching for $299.99 in the US, and European retailers will be setting their own RRPs
Some Nintendo Switch Online details were also revealed. There will be a trial period up until the Fall of 2017, and from there it will be a paid for service. The Switch also promises to be region free. More details will be revealed later!
That release date is coming up fast. I doubt I'll be able to buy on launch this time. I think I might wait a little while until the price comes down a bit, $300 seems a bit expensive.
Afraid I have all my money going towards a PS4 pro, but maybe I'll get this in a few years when there is more games for it. I also have to wonder if Nintendo will do an upgraded Switch in the coming years?
