REVIEW – Dragon Quest Builders 2

Just because you have defeated a leader filled with an immense dedication to destruction doesn’t necessarily mean its malice won’t linger. Evil has its way of sticking around, like that stubborn, yet questionable, stain on an old dish rag. Luckily, wherever there is hope, there will always be a potential for the creation of a delightful, new world, even if you have to build it up block by block.

Dragon Quest Builders 2 follows the quest of three unlikely friends to rid the world of its destructive ways, and return the passion of building back to the residents that had it squished from by a horrid cult. REVIEW – VA-11 Hall-A

In the dystopian future of the year 207X, corrupt corporations govern the world, oppressing the populace with nanomachines and a personal armed force known as the White Knights. Law is to be obeyed and nothing seems to be done to correct the wrongdoings forced upon everyone. But this is not the story being told, this is a story of Jill Stingray, bartender at the VA-11 Hall-A bar in downtown Glitch City, and the customers she has to serve. On a daily basis she has to deal with the often petty whims of the clientele, most times humouring them as they spill their life stories one drink at a time. It’s time to mix drinks and change lives.

Starbomb Delivers The Most Musically-Satisfying Video Game Comedy Album Yet

Warning: this post contains strong language, as does the album being discussed and reviewed.

For the better part of this decade, Game Grumps Arin Hanson and Dan Avidan have been jamming out together with Dan’s Ninja Sex Party bandmate Brian Wecht to deliver The Lonely Island of video games.

Dick jokes about Kirby and spoofing how much Luigi sucks became normal in the gaming community after the release of the first, self-titled, album in 2013. A sequel in the form of 2014’s “Player Select” swiftly followed the original release’s popularity, and for five years since then, let’s play viewers, comedy music fans and gamers have been wondering when the Triforce would be completed.
