Ever since the release of The Legend of Zelda – Ocarina of Time 3D on Nintendo 3DS, the demand and teasing for the 3D remake of its sequel, Majora’s Mask, has been growing extravagantly. Though it seems like the wait for the Majora’s Mask 3D announcement could be over very soon as there have been shelf tickets for the game appearing at various Target locations in Canada.

zelda_majora_mask_target_shelfNow, you may be thinking, “this is obviously a prank”, but an alleged staff member claims that the actual ticket is listed on the shelf ‘planogram’, which is a universal plan of the shelf fixtures in stores. “But he’s/she’s just a random internet user, anyone could claim that!” True, but he also wen on to post this picture too.

That there is a store handset, which allows staff members to count stock, reduce items, order stock and view stock information, it looks very similar to the one I used to use at Sainsburys… when I still had a job! Overall it looks like Majora’s Mask 3D has just been announced by accident, though remember, it can not be deemed 100% valid until we hear from the big boys over at Nintendo, so this could still be a very well executed hoax. You can view the forum thread this ‘leak’ appeared on here with some more explanations!

What do you think? Is this the real deal? Or some cruel person who schemed a hoax?

I am a huge Nintendo fan, hence why NintyBuzz exists. I especially love all things Zelda and Metroid. NintyBuzz was started by me back in the Summer of 2014, it started out mainly as a hobby, though the site has gradually grown, and I hope it grows for many years to come!
