A Goodo Nintendo Labo Doggo

That is indeed a very Goodo Nintendo Labo Doggo!

I am a huge Nintendo fan, hence why NintyBuzz exists. I especially love all things Zelda and Metroid. NintyBuzz was started by me back in the Summer of 2014, it started out mainly as a hobby, though the site has gradually grown, and I hope it grows for many years to come!

Postcards from Bubblaine – Super Mario Odyssey

Mario has been working his cap off in preparation for his newest adventure on the Nintendo Switch in Super Mario Odyssey, but even heroes deserve a break from time to time. Mario decided to go on a little holiday to celebrate his work so far, and what’s a better holiday destination than Bubblaine Beach of the Seaside Kingdom.

Feeling a bit envious? Love a good holiday pic? Then you’re in luck, Mario was kind enough to send NintyBuzz some postcards on his little holiday at the Seaside Kingdom. Check them out after the break!

EXCLUSIVE – Super Mario Odyssey – Three Kingdom Preview

Last week I had the amazing opportunity to be invited to a special hands-on preview event for Super Mario Odyssey. Not only did I get to play the game (for about three hours) but the majority of the content I played and recorded is all brand new!

If reading is more your thing, we got you covered! Check out a written preview after the break, as well as a chance to ask some questions before the game releases next month!

PREVIEW – Super Mario Odyssey at Insomnia61

For the first time, Super Mario Odyssey was publicly available to try in the UK, so this journalist seized the opportunity to sample Mario’s upcoming adventure at Insomnia61. It seemed to be the same demo they’ve been using for all its other events, so I was restricted to the Sand and Metro Kingdoms, and only had about 10 minutes before I had to stop. Nevertheless I’ve been so hyped to try this game so let’s get straight to impressions!

Nintendo Switch Launch Party

The Nintendo Switch landed merely three days ago, and already it’s generating more an more buzz. To celebrate the release on Nintendo’s latest innovation, we teamed up with Bournemouth University’s ResLife Programme where we set up our own little launch party.

Many thanks to Georgina and Carrie, as well with all those who attended, for letting us record your play time on the Nintendo Switch, as well as helping us set up this successful event!

Check out videos from the event after the break!

Our Nintendo Switch Hands On Experience

Last month, I had the pleasure of travelling up to London to try out the upcoming Nintendo Switch. The upcoming console’s main selling point is the ability to play any game, anywhere, anytime.

Nintendo Switch Presentation 2017 Details

Last month, Nintendo finally unveiled their new concept console, Nintendo Switch, to the whole world in a three minute trailer. Soon after the video aired, Nintendo also announced that they will be revealing more information regarding the console on the 13th January 2017. Today, Nintendo have announced further details around this event.

A presentation will air direct from Tokyo at 12 Noon JST. If you are in the UK, you may be annoyed to learn that this translates to 3am GMT, though I’m sure it will be worth waking up early for (or not even sleeping). If you’d rather not wake up at that ungodly hour, then we will do our best to have a chunky blowout article ready for you with your morning orange juice (not included). Elsewhere in the world, the event will be airing at 7pm PST, 9pm CST, and 10pm EST on the 12th January 2017.

Nintendo have also announced that the event will be specifically talking about the exact launch date, along with the launch line-up of games currently in development. So expect to see some pretty big announcements then.

Throughout the day, I will create a new page specifically for the event. This will have an embed of the live stream, along with the forum shoutbox, similar to the setup we had for E3 this year. This way, you will be able to interact with different fans during the stream.
