The music of Nintendo games make them truly remarkable and memorable. To show our love of the music, every Friday we share a selection of tracks from various Nintendo titles, new and old.

Hey, it’s ANOTHER NintyBeats! None of the pieces this week were ever in a Video Game …Huh?

Our first orchestral piece is a wonderful interpretation of one of my favourites from the Ace Attorney soundtrack. DO-DA-DO-DO-DA-DO-DO-DA! DO-DA-DO-DO-DA-DO-DO-DA!

This was my favourite piece from the CD bundled with Skyward Sword back in 2011. It’s the joint longest on the disc, and that gives it space to explore the original’s soundtrack.

This one is from the Mario & Zelda Big Band performances in 2003. It has a real sense of fun — certainly not a traditional rendition.

Another live performance, this time from 2014. Varied music from the last brand new Pokémon entry — listen to remind you of X & Y, ahead of the (very) upcoming Pokémon Direct!

So that wraps up another week’s NintyBeats! I hope you enjoyed the choices this time.

If you would like to have a certain piece featured next week, please post it in the comments!
